Duel Arena is gone forever?

Just recently returned to the game and saw that there is no longer old duel arena in rs3 and osrs is that going to stay like that for ever or are they going to bring it back with some sort of new staking update where people can't get scammed and stuff or was that not even a reason why they shut it down?

I think they removed it forever because there was too much RWT connected with duel arena.

But staking discords are still working and it's possible to bet on duels still.

Sadly the duel arena's are gone, but there are still servers offering staking services!

I think many people have got rich from duel arena and they have removed it because of that.
