[]1. We have the right to decline any order, as we see fit.
[]2. You must not log in while a service is being completed by one of our worker unless you have permission
If you login on the account while a service is being completed without permission, we can cancel the services at anytime.
[]3. We are not responsible for the loss of wealth on an account before, during and after a service. If you have excessive wealth, remove it or use a bank pin.
[]4. You must provide all the necessary requirements (Items, quest, level) to efficiently complete the order.
[]5. All our jobs are done by hand and therefore, we are not responsible for any infractions on the account. This applies to any type of ban.
No refund will be provided in the case of a ban, all services are done by hand.
[]6. We are not accountable for the loss of an HCIM/pure status but we will do everything in our power to protect those status.
[]7. All services ordered on d2jsp must be paid in Forum gold and a Mediator will be used accordingly.
[]8. Password must be changed
A. Before we start a job.
B. After the job is completed.
C. If there is a change of trainer.
